By using Lokrio, you agree to use the platform for genuine travel searches, booking requests, payments, and support communication.
Bookings
Bookings are subject to availability, partner confirmation, fare rules, and payment completion. Unpaid seat holds may expire automatically.
Seat Hold & Inventory Policy (Inventory Hoarding Prevention)
- Hold timeout: Bus seats are held for up to 7 minutes. Hotel and flight holds may use up to 10 minutes. Unpaid holds are released automatically.
- Daily hold limit: One device may create up to 100 seat holds in 24 hours without completing payment.
- Gradual device block: Repeated unpaid holds may trigger temporary blocks of 15 minutes, 1 hour, and up to 24 hours on the same device.
- No bots or automation: Automated scripts, headless browsers, and abusive hold attempts are prohibited. Lokrio may block devices, IPs, or accounts involved in inventory hoarding.
- Account action: Bad-faith repeated blocking of seats without payment may lead to suspension without prior notice.
Payments and Cancellations
Payment, refund, cancellation, and reschedule terms may vary by bus operator, hotel, holiday package, cab partner, or payment method.
Account Use
You are responsible for keeping your account and contact details accurate. Do not misuse seat holds, duplicate bookings, or payment flows.
