Data Deletion Instructions

If you used Facebook Login with Lokrio, you can request deletion of your account and Facebook Login data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email us at [email protected].
2. Use the subject: Lokrio Data Deletion Request.
3. Include the email address or phone number used in your Lokrio account.

What We Delete

We delete or anonymize account profile data and Facebook Login identifiers that are no longer required for legal, fraud-prevention, payment, refund, or booking record obligations.

Processing Time

Requests are usually processed within 7 to 14 business days after we verify the account owner.
